Safer Extended Rear Facing to 4 years

If you want a 360 swivel seat that doesn't have a top tether, then you need to look for one that has a support leg instead.
The general rule is that car seats need 3 anchor points, and this is usually a 3 point seat belt, an Isofix with top tether or Isofix with support leg.
What you are looking for then is an isofix car seat with support like, examples are
Jane iKonic iSize, Concord iSize Balance, Be Cool O3 Lite, Be Cool O3+ and the Nurse Swing 360 isize. These all have anti-rotation support leg.

The Pivot car seat is classified as Universal, meaning it will fit all cars.
So as long as your vehicles has isofix and top tether points, then it will fit.
Your car is young enough and should have isofix. All cars since 2008 should have them, you can check you vehicle manual if you whish. It should say it’s compatible with Universal isofix car seats.
