Typically, open-box items are ex-display, demonstration models or goods returned by customers.

They are all fully inspected by our Quality Control Department, found to be in working order, and re-sold at a discount, rather than returned to the manufacturer. They are like new and in their original condition, they may not be in their original packaging but are still un-used and excellent products! Some items may have slight cosmetic wear.  All products have a full manufacturing warranty and 30 day refund policy.
