General Shipping Information To

All orders over £50 are shipped free of charge.

Our products are dispatched from our UK base and are therefore free of any DUTY, VAT and SHIPPING charges that would occur if purchasing from outside the UK.

The delivery method will be determined by the value and size of the items ordered.

Shipping methods used are listed below with estimated delivery times and other relevant information.

*Free Delivery not available for Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands & Islands.
  • Dispatch Times are approximate.
  • All 'In Stock' orders that are received by Johnston Prams before 2pm GMT, will be dispatched the same day.
  • Any orders received after 2pm GMT or during the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.
  • Delivery times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to and the type of delivery service that has been selected.

COVID-19 Important delivery information:

Due to COVID-19 our delivery companies (Royal Mail, DPD etc.) may not be handling the signature terminal in an effort to reduce personal contact. ‘Gps location’ will be used as a signature and a photograph of the delivery may be taken as evidence that the delivery has been fulfilled. We endeavor to ensure that our deliveries are with customers as soon as possible but there may be unforeseen third-party delays. Thank you for your anticipated support.

    • Economy service for smaller and lighter items to UK and Ireland. Takes approx 3-7 days.
