- Warranty Coverage - This warranty does not cover defects or breakages resulting from inappropriate use of the product, failure to follow the safety and maintenance instructions provided in the product's instruction manual and care labels, or damage due to normal wear and tear.
- Important Information - The label displaying the chassis and serial number of your pram, pushchair, or car seat should never be removed. This label contains important information and removing it will invalidate your warranty.
- Proof of Purchase - Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim. Please retain your proof of purchase, as it is necessary for any warranty-related issues. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Product Registration - To ensure comprehensive control over our products, we recommend you register your Jané product with us.
