Frequently Asked Questions - Online Orders

It won't, we are based in Northern Ireland, and are part of the UK & EU internal market. Therefore, you will have no Duty or Tariffs to pay when you place an order with us. So basically, there are no changes in how you order from us and how we deliver to you..

Yes, you can still order online. Our online business is functioning as normal, and our warehouse team is working hard to get your orders picked, packed and dispatched in the safest way possible.

Currently we have good stock levels and are replenishing these daily.

We endeavour to despatch orders on time, as usual, while observing additional safety and cleaning protocols. However, there may be some unforeseen third-party delays with the couriers. Therefor we ask for your patience when you order from us as while we may be able to dispatch it promptly there is the possibility of a delay with the courier while the COVID-19 situation continues.

Yes. Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels.

This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.

Public Health England have said that there’s no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation our courier services (Royal Mail, DPD, ASAP & TNT) may not be handling the handheld terminal used for signatures. They may now be using "GPS Location" as the signature and they may be taking a photograph of the delivery as evidence that the delivery has been fulfilled correctly.

If no one is in at the time of delivery they may leave the parcel in a safe location and take photographic evidence to show that it was safe and delivered.
