Hi,
I received the waist harness for my Jane Ryder pushchair correctly. But now, I don't know how to put it in the pushchair. Could you explain me please?
Thank you
Regards
Ale

Hi Ale
One side of the harness is adjustable and one side is fixed. Take the fixed side and feed it through the two 'd' rings at the back of the seat. then click both clips in the crotch buckle, then click both shoulder harnesses into the waist harness.
Hope this helps

Are Jane interchangeable eg can a crosswalk seat go on a trider base?
Johnston Prams Replies:

No, Each pushchair seat unit is designed for their particular chassis. This is so they can fold with the chassis and are also stable, as some chassis and pushchair on the Jane range are higher off the ground than others.
The Jane car seats can go on different jane chassis or pushchair, but not the pushchair seat units.
hope this helps.

Please can you tell me which strap is the correct one for the Nurse Jane Dakar pushchair? The airline lost ours!
Many thanks

Good Morning Jane,
Thanks for getting in touch, hopefully I can help.
We cant say for 100% certainty which clips would be required for any given pushchair, as there was a degree of overlap in production so any model may actually have been produced with either harness type.
However, in response to your question we have actually updated the product description to provide a bit more information on the likely "best guess" of which harness type you will need.
If you have a Dakar its VERY likely that it will have come from factory with a TYPE B harness, as most Nurse items seem to have used this type. So I would go for that!
I hope thats been some help,
Kind Regards

Hi,
I need to purchase one of these but I'm not sure which type will fit my pushchair. My pushchair is Jane Slalom Pro, year 2007 I think, ebory color(orange and grey).
Thanks in advance for your help.

Good morning Stela,
Thanks for getting in touch, hopefully I can help!
If you have a Slalom Pro in Ebory then you definitely need the Type A harness. This model (I don't believe) was ever made with a type b harness so if you order an A it will definitely fit.
I hope that helps!

Good afternoon Tracy,
Thanks for getting in touch with us. I have had a look into your enquiry and also got in contact with the Jane service department. They have said that the Rider and Trider waist harness would be a "Type A"
Kind regards
